A new year, a new set of 12 of 12. Last year I was a slacker. This year I hope to pull of an whole years worth of 12 of 12. Check out what this is all about at Chad's blog, it's great fun to get a peek into others lives. And so, here is mine for January 12, 2008...
A morning orange for Alex.
"I like my sugar with coffee and cream..."
One of our fat little frogs.
Alex getting a haircut. He says he's too big to go to the "little kids place" anymore.
A 12 of 12 is not complete for me without a taking a picture while driving. This one of a park that we drove by after getting some lunch.
Prepping for a quick project.
The mess the quick project created.
The project. One little wall. Should maybe take an hour at most, right?
Grabbed the wrong paint out of the garage. Had to painted wall again this time with the correct paint. Then had to go to paint store to buy more since I now had to do 2nd coat to cover the wrong paint.
What could be worse that waiting to paint to dry? (Other than looking a pictures of paint drying right?)Luckily I had Alex to entertain me with about 500 magic tricks while we waited.
Several hours later, wall painted, put back together.
Sitting back, admiring the work on my wall, listening to some music. I'm exhausted and ready for bed. Goodnight.
See you next time for Chad's 12of 12.

How in the world did you get that wall put back together so well? It took me 5 hours just to clean off the top of my desk. You are amazing. And even watching paint dry was more exciting than my 12 of 12.

and kudos on your painting job! my scraproom will never be painted or recarpeted because I will never move all my stuff! lol!
